Schedule
Athlete and team check-in will take place at the Merrill Green Stadium Field House. No formal coaches meeting will be held. Coaches may pick up passes and packets at the check-in table. Each team will receive two coaches’ passes.
Thursday, July 30
- 11 a.m.: Gates open

Registration
Dates
Registration is completed through the Texas Amateur Athletic Federation based on regional meet results. Athletes must have TAAF member IDs by the end of registration. Entry fees vary by region.
Cost
Region Track Qualifying Meets registration and entry deadlines require athletes and coaches to review their specific regional meet information, as some regions may be combined and travel may be required. No refunds will be issued. Once a region has closed, participants should contact their Regional Meet Director or Regional Director with questions or concerns.
All qualifying meet information is subject to change. Athletes who qualify and wish to advance to the State Games must pay state entry fees at their regional meet.
Coaches
All coaches must pass a background check by June 30 or at least two weeks before participating in any Texas Amateur Athletic Federation events. As of January 31, 2026, background checks will increase to $20 per coach.

Rules
Tents are allowed only in the top row of the stands and in a designated tent area. Tents are not permitted on stadium grounds. Umbrellas are allowed inside the stadium, but spectators should be mindful of others.
Spectators must remain in designated areas and may not stand along fences.
Concessions will be available on site. Ice chests are allowed only in the tent area and are not permitted in the stands. Pets, smoking, alcohol, and outside food are prohibited in seating areas.
Admission
$8 per person, per day. Cash will not be accepted at the gate; credit card only. Pre-sale tickets are available. Show your QR code at the gate for entry. Wristbands will not be mailed, and refunds or exchanges will not be issued.

Amenities
Games of Texas apparel will be available for purchase. Concessions will be available on site. Ice chests are allowed only in the designated tent area and not in the stands. Pets, smoking, alcohol, and outside food are prohibited in stadium seating areas.
Parking
Free parking will be available in campus lots. No parking tags are required. Overnight parking and RV parking are not allowed.
