Celebrate the athletes and regions represented in this year’s Games of Texas during a free, family-friendly evening. The Opening Ceremonies honor the hard work and achievements of competitors from across the state with music, activities, fireworks and more.

- 6 p.m. – Gates open
- 6-7 p.m. – Activities
- 7-7:15 p.m. – National Anthem
- 7:15-7:20 p.m. – Lighting of the flame
- 7:20-8 p.m. – Parade of Athletes
- 8-8:30 p.m. – Remarks
- 8:30-8:45 – Fireworks show

Amenities
Games of Texas apparel will be available for purchase. Food trucks will be available. Guests may bring their own refreshments, but coolers must be 48 quarts or smaller and alcohol and glass containers are not allowed.
Parking
Free parking is available at Post Oak Mall on the JcPenny side. Handicap parking will be available in the Wolf Pen Creek parking lot off Colgate Drive and along Colgate Drive. Overnight parking and RVs are not permitted.
