In the event of a higher player count, there will be a 7:30 a.m. shotgun start. 

Thursday, July 30

• 6 a.m. – Check-in opens
• 7:15 a.m. – Tee times start for 9-hole players off No. 10 tee
• 7:45 a.m. – Tee times start for 18-hole players off No. 1 tee
• 5 p.m. – Day 2 pairings and tee times posted

Friday, July 31

• 6 a.m. – Check-in opens
• 7:15 a.m. – Tee times start for 9-hole players off No. 10 tee
• 7:45 a.m. – Tee times start for 18-hole players off No. 1 tee

Divisions and Age Groups

• 9-Hole Rounds: Boys/Girls (7-9, 10-11), Girls (12-13)
• 18-Hole Rounds: Boys (12-13), Boys/Girls (14-15, 16-18)

Format

• Two rounds of individual stroke play (each player will play their own ball).
• Each competitor will complete each hole of a stipulated round.
• Nine-stroke limit in effect.
• At the end of each player's round, they must turn in their card signed, attested, and dated for the round to be official.

Tees

• Girls 7-11: Modified Green 
• Girls 12-18: Red/Gray
• Boys 7-9: Modified Green
• Boys 10-11: Red/Gray
• Boys 12-13: Gold
• Boys 14-15: White
• Boys 16-18: Blue

• 9-hole rounds: $30 (includes both rounds)
• 18-hole rounds: $55 (includes both rounds and range balls)

Practice Rounds
Practice rounds may be scheduled for registered athletes beginning Monday, July 27, by calling 979-776-0133. A special athlete rate of $25 plus tax before 2 p.m. and $20 plus tax after 2 p.m. will be offered. The athlete must be registered to receive the discount. Only one parent or coach accompanying the athlete at check-in will also receive the discounted rate. Tee times must be scheduled in advance to ensure availability.

Admission
Admission is free. Spectator carts are available to rent for $30 per cart for 18 holes and $15 per cart for 9 holes
 
Amenities
On-site practice facility, pro shop, restrooms, and restaurant. Food and beverages are available for purchase in the pro shop. Water stations will be available for players and caddies.
 
Parking
Free on-site parking. Overnight parking and RVs are not allowed.
